Step 2: Design Your Plan
If we're aligned, we'll schedule your 12 weeks and discuss flexible payment options that work for your situation.

Step 3: Your 90-Minute Initial Consultation
This is where we go deep—your health history, current challenges, and goals. We'll create your personalized wellness plan and build momentum from there.

The Midlife Moxie Collective is an 8-week in-person group program in Whakatāne for women navigating perimenopause or postmenopause. Learn what’s happening in your body, reduce symptoms, rebuild energy and clarity, and connect with a small, supportive community. Live coaching, practical tools, evidence-informed education, and a warm space to breathe again.
Next round begins February 2026. Founding rate: NZ$449.

Midlife Momentum Circle is a transformative 12-week, in-person group coaching program for women navigating the unpredictability of perimenopause—irregular cycles, brain fog, night sweats, and emotional shifts.  Move from survival mode to thriving with evidence-based guidance, nervous system tools, and a supportive sisterhood of women who truly understand.

Second Spring Circle: Your Post-Menopause Transformation

Second Spring Circle is a transformative 12-week, in-person group coaching program for women at least 12 months past their last period who are ready to step into their Second Spring with vitality and purpose. If you're navigating lingering symptoms, energy shifts, or feeling "in between" life stages, this is your path forward.  Your Second Spring awaits.
