Scope of practice
Important to know: As a nurse-coach, I provide education, support, and coaching—not medical diagnosis or treatment. I'll help you understand your options, prepare questions for your healthcare team, and advocate for yourself effectively, but medical decisions remain between you and your doctor.
This program is coaching and education, not emergency or crisis care, and it works best alongside an ongoing relationship with your GP or specialist.
What’s included
12 Private Coaching Sessions Over 12 Weeks
Session 1 (90 minutes): Comprehensive assessment, values exploration, vision setting, and your personalized foundation plan. You'll leave with clarity on what's happening and a realistic starting point.
Sessions 2-11 (60 minutes each): Ongoing support as we build your foundation, deepen understanding, and adjust practices based on what's working and what's not. Sessions are responsive and personalized—we focus on what you need, when you need it.
Session 12 (90 minutes): Integration, celebration of progress, and long-term planning so you feel equipped to continue independently.
The Three Phases
Phase 1: Foundation (Weeks 1-4)
We build your core supports—typically focusing on sleep and nervous system regulation, nutrition basics, and gentle movement. These foundations make everything else possible.
Phase 2: Integration (Weeks 5-8)
We go deeper—hormone education and treatment options, emotional regulation, boundaries, relationships, and healthcare advocacy. The specific focus adjusts based on where you are and what you need most.
Phase 3: Sustainability (Weeks 9-12)
We solidify your long-term plan—refining habits, exploring identity shifts, building your care team, and preparing you for independence beyond our 12 weeks.

How We'll Work Together
Step 1 — Free 30-minute Midlife Clarity Call
A gentle, no-pressure conversation to explore your symptoms, your goals, and what you've already tried. You'll get initial guidance and we'll both see whether this program is the right fit.
Step 2 — Personalized Plan & Schedule
If aligned, we confirm your start date, session format (online, or in-person where available), and payment option.
Session cadence options:

Weekly sessions (recommended): 12 sessions over 12 weeks—faster momentum and more frequent support

Biweekly sessions: 12 sessions over 24 weeks—more time to implement changes between sessions while still receiving personalized guidance
You'll complete a comprehensive intake form so we can make the most of our first session.
Step 3 — 90-minute Initial Session
We explore your story, symptoms, lifestyle, values, and priorities. You'll leave with clarity on what's happening in your body and a personalized roadmap we'll build on together over the coming weeks.
