Menopause is a natural life stage, but it can bring challenges that impact every area of a woman’s wellbeing. Hot flushes, restless sleep, mood changes, vaginal dryness, weight shifts, and gut health concerns are all common — yet many women feel unsupported, unsure, or left to “just get on with it.”

This workshop is designed to change that.
