Health Coaching for Midlife Women

Mission Statement
At The Well Woman Connection, my mission is to educate, empower, and support women through every stage of midlife and beyond. I offer both one-to-one and group coaching to provide personalized, compassionate guidance rooted in evidence-based practices. I create safe, inclusive spaces where women can connect, share openly, and feel truly seen. Through meaningful support and practical tools, I help women embrace the changes of midlife, reclaim their vitality, and step confidently into their Second Spring—stronger, wiser, and more vibrant than ever before.
My Core Values
1. Empowerment
I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, capable, and confident in her body and her life. Through my coaching, I help support women in reconnecting with their instincts, trusting themselves, and voicing their needs and desires confidently to their partners, family members, friends, colleagues and health care providers.
2. Education
I'm committed to sharing clear, evidence-based information that women can trust. I want every woman I work with to feel informed and confident when making choices about her health and wellbeing.
3. Connection
I create a safe, inclusive space—whether one-to-one or in a group—where women can speak freely, feel seen and heard, and know they’re not alone. True healing and growth happen in connection with others.
4. Compassion
I lead with empathy and deep respect for each woman’s unique journey. I meet women where they are, without judgment, offering support that feels kind, personal, and meaningful.
5. Holistic Wellbeing
I see and support the whole woman—body, mind, and spirit. My approach combines modern science with practical lifestyle tools that nourish long-term health, energy, and joy.
6. Authenticity
I value honesty, vulnerability, and real conversation. I show up as myself and invite women to do the same. There’s beauty in being messy, evolving, and unapologetically real.
7. Growth & Renewal
I believe midlife is a new beginning—not an end. I embrace and teach the “Second Spring” mindset, helping women rediscover themselves, redefine their path, and move forward with purpose and vitality.

Vaginal pain/dryness/infections or Loss of libido
Are you noticing pain with sex, vaginal dryness or irritation, maybe recurring vaginal infections and/or loss of libido?? Maybe all of these symptoms! These are often unspoken changes of menopause and please don't suffer in silence. You aren't the only one and yes there are interventions that can be done to improve/resolve your symptoms

Stress, Fatigue, Brain Fog
Many women experience stress, brain fog, and fatigue during midlife with studies showing that around 60% report these symptoms. It's a common struggle as hormonal changes and life transitions can take a toll on mental and physical well-being. Remember, you're not alone in this, and it's important to take care of yourself during this time!

Recurrent UTIs or Leak urine when you cough, jump or sneeze.
Have you ever leaked a bit of urine when jumping/coughing/sneezing/laughing?? This is called stress incontinence. You may have been told if you've had children, this comes with the territory. However, while common this is not normal and often this can be improved/resolved. Same with recurrent urine infections (UTIs). Hormonal changes along with other factors are playing a major role in these symptoms but there are multiple options available to help resolve these issues.

Weight Challenges, Bloating, Constipation
Are you noticing that your diet hasn't changed much, but that pesky weight is creeping up, especially around your belly? Maybe you're dealing with some GI issues like food intolerances, bloating, heartburn or constipation? You're not alone—these are common challenges during perimenopause. It's all about listening to your body and making adjustments that work for you!

Mood Changes
During the menopause transition many women encounter mood changes. Individuals may experience a range of emotions, from feelings of euphoria to periods of sadness/depression, anxiety, irritability or even rage. This variability is a common aspect of the menopause transition. It’s important to recognize that these mood changes are normal, and support is available for those navigating this phase of life.
